These Terms of Service explain the rules for using VialStack game server hosting, billing, support, beta testing, and related services. By creating an account, ordering a service, funding an account balance, renewing a service, or using a VialStack server, you agree to these Terms.
VialStack provides game server hosting, billing tools, support tools, control panel access, file management, backups where available, databases where available, network allocations, and related hosting services. Available features depend on the plan, game, node, and current testing status.
During beta, testing, early access, preview, or limited-release periods, services are provided for testing and feedback. Features may change, pricing may change, servers may be moved, and downtime may happen while we fix issues. We may delay public release if testing shows that more work is needed.
You are responsible for your account, email, Discord link, panel login, passwords, API keys, and anyone you allow to access your services. Activity from your account or server may be treated as your responsibility.
You must provide accurate contact and billing information. If we cannot contact you about abuse, billing, security, or urgent service issues, we may suspend the affected account or service until the issue is resolved.
Services are billed according to the product, billing term, resources, add-ons, and price shown at checkout or on the invoice. Prices, packages, promotions, discounts, and included resources may change before renewal unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Account balance, store credit, promotional credit, or similar credit has no cash value unless required by law. Credits may be applied to eligible VialStack invoices and services. Credits may not be transferred, resold, withdrawn, or converted to cash unless we expressly allow it or law requires it.
Taxes, fees, and similar charges may be added where required based on billing information, service location, customer location, or applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate tax and billing information. If a tax exemption applies, you must provide valid documentation before we treat the purchase as exempt.
If automatic renewal or automatic payment is enabled, your service may renew automatically. If an invoice is unpaid, the related service may be suspended, limited, or terminated after the grace period shown in Billing or in service notices.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may provide a refund or account credit when a service was not delivered, a serious platform issue prevented normal use, or support confirms that the service cannot reasonably be used as sold.
Refunds are usually not provided for missed cancellation requests, customer configuration mistakes, customer file deletion, mod/plugin issues, game bugs, third-party outages, resource packs, corrupted worlds caused by customer changes, rule violations, or services that were used normally.
Cancel services through Billing before the next renewal if you do not want to continue. Opening a support ticket does not automatically cancel a service unless support confirms the cancellation.
Please open a support ticket before filing a payment dispute. Chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud, or payment reversals may result in account restriction, service suspension, termination, or loss of access while the issue is reviewed.
You may not use VialStack services for illegal activity, harassment, threats, doxxing, scams, phishing, malware, botnets, spam, credential theft, DDoS activity, network attacks, crypto mining, proxy abuse, copyright infringement, or activity that harms VialStack, other customers, infrastructure providers, or third parties.
You may not intentionally overload nodes, bypass limits, evade suspensions, resell services without permission, run unrelated high-risk workloads, or host content that violates law or the rights of others. Game servers must stay within the product's intended use and resource limits.
Mods, plugins, worlds, scripts, Workshop items, and uploaded files are your responsibility. We may remove, disable, suspend, or report content or services that create abuse, legal, security, network, performance, or safety issues.
Backups are a safety tool, not a guarantee. You are responsible for keeping your own important backups, especially before installing mods, editing configs, updating versions, uploading worlds, deleting files, reinstalling, or changing server software.
Data loss can happen because of customer actions, game bugs, mods, plugins, storage failure, failed updates, abuse investigations, unpaid invoices, service termination, or unexpected technical issues. VialStack is not responsible for lost worlds, saves, mods, databases, logs, or files beyond any remedy required by law or expressly promised in writing.
Support is provided through official VialStack support channels such as Billing tickets or the designated Discord support flow. We try to help quickly, but response times and outcomes are not guaranteed unless a separate written service agreement says otherwise.
We may perform maintenance, move services, patch nodes, restart systems, limit abusive activity, or take emergency action to protect the platform. During testing and beta periods, uptime and performance are especially not guaranteed.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts or services for unpaid invoices, abuse, security risk, fraud, chargebacks, legal requests, policy violations, excessive resource impact, or behavior that harms customers, staff, infrastructure, or VialStack.
If a service is terminated, files, backups, databases, allocations, and other data may be deleted. We may not be able to recover deleted data.
VialStack is not affiliated with or endorsed by game publishers unless clearly stated. Games, mods, plugins, Workshop items, server jars, launchers, and third-party APIs may have their own licenses and rules. You are responsible for using them lawfully.
Third-party outages, game updates, broken mods, plugin conflicts, publisher restrictions, or upstream provider issues may affect service availability and are not fully controlled by VialStack.
Use of VialStack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using VialStack, you agree that we may process information needed to provide hosting, billing, support, security, abuse prevention, and service operation.
We may update these Terms as VialStack changes. The updated date will show when changes were made. Continuing to use VialStack after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
For billing, support, legal, or abuse questions, open a support ticket in the VialStack Billing panel or use the official support path listed on VialStack.
