This Privacy Policy explains what information VialStack collects and how we use it when you use our website, billing panel, game panel, support system, Discord support flow, and hosted services.
We may collect account information such as name, username, email address, Discord account information if linked, billing details, order history, invoices, support tickets, service details, IP addresses, login records, fraud/security signals, and account activity.
We may also process server-related information such as service names, game type, resource limits, server files, databases, backups, console logs, schedules, network allocations, configuration values, startup variables, and metadata needed to operate or troubleshoot your service.
We use information to create and manage accounts, process orders, provide hosting services, calculate billing and taxes, deliver support, prevent abuse, secure the platform, investigate issues, improve VialStack, communicate about services, and enforce our policies.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. VialStack does not need to store full card numbers when payments are processed by those providers. Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own policies.
We may use billing address, customer location, invoice details, product details, account balance activity, and transaction records to calculate taxes, maintain accounting records, handle refunds, and meet legal obligations.
If you contact support or link Discord, we may use your account, service, ticket, and Discord information to identify you, provide help, send updates, manage customer roles, and handle support workflows.
We may contact you about invoices, renewals, incidents, maintenance, security alerts, policy updates, support responses, and service-related announcements.
We may keep logs for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service reliability. Logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, browser details, panel actions, API actions, server status, console output, crash information, and error details.
Staff access to customer files, logs, backups, or databases is limited to reasons such as support, abuse investigation, security, maintenance, migration, backup/restore work, or legal compliance.
We do not sell customer personal information. We may share information with service providers when needed to run VialStack, such as payment processors, infrastructure providers, email providers, monitoring tools, fraud prevention services, analytics/security tools, or legal and abuse contacts.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect VialStack, to investigate abuse, to enforce our terms, to respond to legal requests, or to protect customers and third parties.
We keep information as long as needed to provide services, meet legal/accounting/tax requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce terms, maintain backups, and secure the platform. Cancelled or terminated services may have files and backups deleted according to our operational processes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect VialStack systems and customer information. No online service is 100% secure, and customers are responsible for strong passwords, safe sharing, and protecting their own account access.
VialStack is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it where required.
You may update account information in Billing where available, contact support for reasonable account/privacy requests, and cancel services you no longer want. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, tax, legal, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy as VialStack changes. The updated date will show when changes were made. Continuing to use VialStack after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
